HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE FINISHED?
Your order will take up to 15 weeks to be completed from the day I receive your flowers. I will try my best to have them finished for you earlier if for any reason it goes over the time frame due to circumstances out of my control, I will contact you straight way (for e.g weather, family emergency, manufacturing delays in receiving resin etc).

WHEN DO I GIVE YOU MY FLOWERS?
Your flowers must be given to me no longer than 3 days from the time of your event.

HOW DO I KEEP MY FLOWERS IN PERFECT CONDITION IN BETWEEN MY EVENT AND DROPPING THEM OFF TO YOU?
Please keep them in a cool area and also in water until you are able to drop them off. (Please do not keep them in the fridge).

HOW DO I POST MY FLOWERS?
Once you have placed your order and have chosen to post your flowers, you will be emailed instructions on how to pack your flowers in perfect condition.

IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
$50 deposit when making a booking is not refundable.

Important information about your flowers:

I will try my very best to use every flower that you have given to me. Unfortunately, I am unable to return back any leftover flowers, so in this case, if there are any left, I will contact you to see if you would like to have them placed in another mold at an extra cost.
Your flowers are placed in Silica Gel for a duration of 3 weeks or longer which means some flowers may change colour as they dry, the colour may darken or some petals may become a bit translucent (White Roses are the hardest flower to keep it's colour after being preserved. Even fully preserved, White Roses will turn an off white colour and as placed in Resin, it may turn into a bit of tinged yellow). This is the same for bright colour flowers for e.g Hot Pink, the colour may darken and Red Roses, will turn into a dark Maroon/Burgundy colour.
Posting your flowers (I cannot be held responsible for any damaged flowers - postage is at your own cost & highly recommend to choose Express)

HAND-MADE ITEMS:
Due to these items being handmade, please be aware resin has a mind of its own so there may be some imperfections visible for example micro-bubbles, uneven/rough edging on sides, dust, layer lines (due to large items being poured in multiple layers).
This is completely unavoidable but can promise that these imperfections will not take away the beautiful piece that is being made for you. These imperfections are proof that they are hand-made.

Resin will also turn yellow over time (quite a few years later) It turns into a bit of a tinge colour which is why we recommend to keep it away directly from sunlight.

Due to item being customised to each individual, NO REFUND will be given for change of mind or wanting to return it back. If anything you are not happy with, please liaise with me and I'll be able to offer if anything can be fixed but I promise you, all pieces will be handed to you in phenomenal condition.
