Shipping and Pick Up

Where are your items shipped from?
All items are shipped directly from our location in Wetherill Park, Sydney, NSW, Australia. 

Do you ship overseas?
We do not ship overseas at the moment but will be in the future.

When will my item be shipped?
- Your item is despatched once your item has been fully cured and is safe to be despatched. 

- You will receive an email with a tracking number once order has been despatched.

- If you need an item earlier, please enquire before placing order to make sure if this is able to be done.

- Please allow a couple of days more than the estimated time for your items to arrive from the day of despatch as their can be delays for example weather or other situations.

 - If you choose 'Authority to Leave', you have given the right for order to be left at your address. If item says delivered but it is not there due to it being stolen, it is out of our responsibility and we unfortunately can't do anything further.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Pick up is available from Wetherill Park. Once you have received an email stating your item is ready to be collected, please advise me beforehand when you are planning on coming to make sure I am home.

What happens if my items hasn't arrived yet but has been despatched?
Once your order leaves our hands, it is then the couriers responsibility to handle your items, so if you have not received your item please do not hesitate to contact us at with your name and order number so we can chase up your order

I accidentally gave you the wrong address and my item has been shipped. What happens now?
Please double check the shipping address you give us when placing an order as we are not liable for any wrong shipping. If we get an item back returned due to the wrong shipping address, then you are responsible to pay for postage to have your items sent out again. If you have placed your order and then realised there was a mistake in your address, please contact us ASAP so we can fix it for you.
